Charlie Perdue
Broker / Owner
Charlie and his family have called St. Francisville home since 2013. In 2018 he left a long career in engineering design to pursue his passion for real estate and the outdoors. The Perdues are deeply invested in the local community — including District Mercantile, a thriving circa-1890s general store reimagined for today. Charlie specializes in recreational and large-acreage land, historical properties, family succession planning, real estate investing, and commercial real estate. Outside of work he enjoys quality time with family and friends, community happenings, helping others, and Jeeps.

Don Spillman
Agent
Born and raised in West Feliciana Parish, Don and his wife raised their three children here — and now a new granddaughter has him completely smitten. Don came to real estate in 2022 after retiring from a decades-long career serving the East and West Feliciana courts as a probation officer. He specializes in recreational and hunting land, timber, residential properties, and property ownership research. Don treasures family time, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and hunting.

Gabe Jewell
Agent
A lifelong resident of St. Francisville, Gabe has been passionate about land his entire life — purchasing his first tract of hunting land at the age of 18 on Cat Island. Licensed in Louisiana since 2022, Gabe balances a full-time career with the Bank of Zachary alongside his real estate practice. He specializes in hunting land, timber, and residential properties. Recently married, Gabe enjoys time with his wife, hunting, fishing, and serving the community's youth through the Young Life organization.

Tim Guidroz
Agent
Tim lives in Watson, LA with his wife and two daughters and has been a licensed agent since 2016. Before entering real estate full-time, he earned his commercial drone pilot's license and produced premium property videos — a skill set he still brings to every listing. Tim leads our Mississippi branch office in Woodville and specializes in recreational and hunting land, timber, residential properties, and real estate media production. He enjoys family time, hunting, fishing, and jujitsu.

Jordan Truitt
Associate Broker
Jordan is a commercial real estate broker licensed in both Louisiana and Oregon with roots in St. Francisville that run generations deep. He and his wife returned home in 2025 to raise their three children — Libby, Millie, and Cutter — in the community where they were married at Grace Church in 2011. Jordan brings rare public-sector depth to his practice: appointed to Salem's Planning and Zoning Commission in 2024, and by the Governor of Oregon to the Energy Facility Siting Council (2019–2023), where he evaluated large-scale wind, solar, and transmission infrastructure projects. He specializes in commercial real estate, investment strategy, financial valuation, and land use regulation.
